Appointments & Fees
Clear, upfront, and reviewed annually.
The Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPi) recommended fee for a standard 46 to 60 minute consultation in 2026-2027 is $340. To keep therapy accessible, we offer rates below this.
Appointments
- No referral required
- In person or online
- Private, comfortable Perth offices
- Scheduled visits to southwest regional areas
- Weekdays, after hours and Saturdays
- Sessions are 50 minutes
We will discuss whether weekly or fortnightly sessions suit you best. Once decided, a session is booked in for you. Appointments can be rescheduled if unforeseen circumstances arise, and we accommodate changes as best we can.

Medicare rebate
A GP referral under a Mental Health Care Plan is required to access Medicare rebates, available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year if eligible.
- Rebate per session
- $101.55
- Out-of-pocket, standard session
- $178.45
Where a reduced rate applies and you also have a Mental Health Care Plan, the rebate is deducted from that rate instead. Your rebate may be higher if you have reached the Medicare safety net. The full session fee is paid before your appointment, and you will receive a receipt to claim your rebate directly from Medicare afterwards.
Payments & cancellations
Payment is by direct deposit 24 hours prior to your appointment. If payment is not received, your appointment time is not confirmed and may be allocated to another patient.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full fee. As regular weekly or fortnightly sessions are encouraged, that time is reserved for you.
